I am facing domestic violence, dowry , cruelty, abuse cases from my wife.Can I send friend request to wife friends on social media, if I don't talk about my matter with them just connect them casually so it will also shown as cruelty against my wife or not ?Sending friend request to wife's family and friends will consider as cruelty while ongoing cases or not.Because she had added most of my friends and family members defame me after talking with them but I don't want to do the same mistake.

You may file a representation before the concerned Cyber Crime Cell and the SP (u/s 154(3) CrPC) of the state where complaint originated, enclosing proof of your victimization and bank freeze letter. If no action is taken within reasonable time, you can approach the jurisdictional High Court under Article 226 by filing a Writ Petition seeking direction to defreeze your account and to complete the investigation expeditiously. You may also submit a grievance before RBI Ombudsman for illegal bank inaction

Q: Called for mediation for DV case filed by me

I have been called for mediation for DV case i.my husband is earning around 2 lakhs/month but right now he is showing that he is in financiall crisis snd having loan of 25 lakhs.he wanted me to settle only 25 thousand/month excluding my child school fees (38,500 quarterly which he will pay quarterly.i am working and earning 35,000 per month but living in NCR(so expensive) with 21K on rent .I barely trust him because of past issues we had..please suggest how can i deal with this situation?
