Need help with registration of second marriage

Me and my husband applied for divorce with mutual consent in Nov 2020. My second wedding happened in Feb 2021(first husband knows about it and no dispute) and still not registered. My divorce case got completed last week and I will get the decree by mid of September. I need to travel abroad and need to register 2nd wedding ASAP. Is it possible only after getting the decree or is it okay if I register now? What would be the procedure? And is it mandatory to add my husband name in my passport to get a dependent Visa for him through me?

It's not compulsory to add a husband's name for obtaining a dependent Visa. A simple Affidavit about marriage will do.

Ma'am, you can apply for registration of second marriage only after the divorce decree is received by you. The procedure for registration of marriage, one has to approach the office of sub-divisional magistrate, under whose jurisdiction marriage took place, where spouse stayed atleast six months before the marriage. There are few documents required for registration of marriage it will be id proof of husband and wife, address proof of both the parties, attested copy of divorce decree, marriage invitation etc .

hi madam,you no need to wait for divorce decree copy and you can go a head with registered marriage, but before that if it is very urgency for marriage means then i suggest you to first get your marriage done in temple or some place and take pics of your marriage and then your marriage registration can be done in a day. pls feel fred to contact me for registration of marriage and also for any legal assistance. thanks.
