My wife trying to grab my property

My wife filed 498a and went to her home town in different city. She is trying to vacate my house by removing tenant with force. I tried to reach local police but no success. Lawyer told me you can't do 144 or bring stay order as it's a completed construction. Please suggest best legal option available to us which we can execute on urgent basis. Which can prevent her from grabbing the house. I live in different city hence not possible to travel very frequently

Have you taken bail in this section 498a issue? If not then go for that first.
Then file a writ in the high court for the custodian legis, that will bring a stay on your whole property and she can not sell it further.

If the property stands in your name then your wife has no legal right over the property.Only legal right available to your wife is that she can claim maintenance for herself and to that extent she has lien over the property. Further you should take service of legal expert.
