My wife taking disadvantage of woman law

Hi Sir/Madam,
I wanted to highlight an issue regarding my wife's psychicho behaviour since I got married. She is not ready to live with me nor with my family. Most of the time she stays at father's home without telling me. 2-3 time she stayed with her family nearly 6-6 months and moreover 2 years back when My son born she went to stay with her family for more than a year.
Her behave has totally changed since she returned from her home. She want me to leave my family and sell all the properties which is not even mine. She always threat me that she will jump from the roof or put herself on fire if I don't do what she says. Please advise what should I do?
Hi sir u can file a case and all why is she doing so and all what is the case And all what is saying and all what is the property and all u can file a case against her and all that is u can also tell the police and all that she is threatening and all file a fir or complain and all

In this regard, i would like to advice you to please get rid of your wife thereby filling a divorce petition as your wife seems to entangle you in some unexpected situation. You can very well contest the divorce on the ground of desertion as well as cruelty. It is further relevant to state that in case she threatens to kill herself then do not take it lightly as the same could be fatal, if she does something. I advice you to file the petition for dissolution of your marriage on the above mentioned grounds as you have good case and facts to succeed in the matter.
