My wife left the house and we want her back how to proceed by law

04-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
My wife left the house due to small misunderstanding between us. She is 8 months pregnant. It's been more than 4 months now and she didn't return to my home. We both mutually convinced when we talked on phone and she requested me to come there to bring her back. We went to my wife's house along with my family members once to have mutual talk with them and bring her back. But even though she is willing to come her parents and her maternal uncle not allowed her to come back. Now they're threating us that they'll take care of the kid once born and they'll not allow us to see the kid at all. I want my wife back to my home. Please let us know what action we can take from our side?

If your wife is deliberately avoiding you, then you need to seek legal recourse. However, if things work out through dialogue, then pursue such option before causing legal notice followed by restitution.

You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights (Living together) in the Family Court. There you can also file a petition to visit your children. If you are in Chennai and need any further assistance then you can contact me.

Sir,
Don't worry . You can file Restitution of Conjugal Rights in the Court and you can bring your wife into your regular family life. Regarding child is concerned we can file another petition for Visitation Rights and your rights to see the child will be protected. For further details contact me.
