My wife is not ready to come back my home and not ready to give divorce also. What should I do now. It's been almost 2 month since she left the house
give her legal notice to join with you and give one complaint to police station then automatically she will join with you it is common case of parties then you can file a divorce petition Seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion

when wife leaves the house it is better you file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in court which means court can direct your wife to join you to lead married life, further if you are not interested in leading life and there are other issues involved then you can apply for divorce.
