Q: Quashing of 354 and POCSO section 8.
A case was registered against me last year for IPC 376 and POCSO section 4,5 and 6 (girl's age - 17+ years). As of now charges of IPC 376 and 4, 5 ,6 of POCSO have been removed and a trail is running only for section 354 and section 8 of POCSO. Now the complaint, the father of the girl is ready for compromise. Now the girl is 18 and half years old.Can this case be quashed? What's the procedure and requirements? Will it be quashed by High Court? Who are all the persons required to give statements in the High Court? Victim's statement is compulsory for quashing the FIR or it will be done only by the statements of her Father in the High Court.

Q: How to lodge a Mutual divorce in Bangalore / kolkata

Don't want to lodge a complaint as his career will be ruined. Since my baby is born for last one and half years we are sleeping separately in the same house and both our parents are witness to that. In this condition how soon can I get a divorce. Also we are from kolkata but presently staying in Bangalore so where should I have to file for it as I'm planning to move back to kolkata with my baby.
