My sister's husband has a affair with another woman

My sister want to live with her husband happily at the husband home.But her husband say if you want live with me then don't interfere between my affair.nMy sister has a daughter and her husband is not give any money for expenses to her daughter and to her.nHer husband want to she live in his home as a servant and never interfere in his affairs

As you told that your sister is married and she has a girl and her husband has relation with some other girl at some other place and he does not give any expense to her daughter nor has any relation with herI did not come across

Dear Clinton, You should file a complaint against them if he tortured her before the department and also seeks maintenance under section 125 Cr.P.C. for her daughter also deserves that and without examintion the fact not explain thoroughly.
