My husband is gay what legal action I can take

I got married two years back.
I saw msgs in my husband's mobile which clearly gave me idea tht he is gay. My family nd I had talk with him but he denied nd started blaming me.
Nd now he wants both the families shld sit nd talk..he is not understanding tht he has done wrong nd he shld except it..
Plz help me
what remedy do you want to go for? if you want divorce, you can send him legal notice for obtaining a mutual consent divorce or you can directly file divorce petition. How is his relationship with you? whether he is gay or bisexual?

He has deceived you and therefore you may very well file a complaint against him for committing cheating with you by hiding this fact. You may file a private complaint under section 200 of crpc before the magistrate.

Hi. in such a situation it would ne advisable to take a Mutual consent Divorce .It is clear that he is a gay and this accepted by him and this fact is not acceptable by you. So simply dragging the matter and putting allegations will just prolong the matter and cause you further pain.
