My husband is a lawyer .. 1&1/2 year we r separated he not file divorc

I am hindu girl . I don't want divorce I have 5 yrs old girl..she is with me . But my husband due to family fight he don't want to stay with me . My in laws always fight with I never satisfied them one day my sister in law want slap me ..but my never say any thing to them he forced me to say sorry to her then he will give me entry in my home . I don't want to file complaint against them .I don't want destroy anything .but my husband no taken any responsibility toward me and my daughter. I am shocked that he is a lawyer how could he do..such things .. I don't understand what should I do.

listen if you are being physically or mentally tortured and harassed but don't want to divorce your husband then you have to take some steps legally as he is not taking care of you and you child.. may I know your jurisdiction.. place..

you dont need to worry it is very simple you need to apply the right technique where your husband though being a lawyer cannot escape from his marital duties as well as from fatherly duties you need not worry its damn easy to trap him

file a case for protection order and right of residence under the domestic violence act also pray for interim maintenance for you and your daughter. he being lawyer won't change the law and if you are genuinely aggrieved then law will definitely come to your aid.
