My gf not ready to marry me how to proceed legally

from last 3 years we are loving e ach other and we are in relationship also those days but from last 4 months she is not ready marry me due to family problem. can i file a Case ? how ?please suggest me.

In India, you generally cannot file a case against your girlfriend simply for not marrying you, as breach of promise to marry is not recognized as a criminal offense. However, if you incurred expenses based on a clear promise to marry, you might be able to file a civil suit for breach of contract to recover those costs. Similarly, cheating in a relationship or breaking up isn't criminal, but if it involves fraud or financial exploitation, legal action may be possible. So, emotional hurt alone won't get you to court, but financial harm tied to deceit might.

You can file case against her for cheating Stating that she has cheated you by not marrying you but the relationship would get strained so take decision that if she agrees for marriage get married or else your relationship was there be happy and she may change her attitude and marry u wait for some time and see.

First of all you can't file a case because the relation doesn't got any legal sanctity means you have not married to her to claim your relationship before court of law. Well, you had a good time for 4 long years if she would have really loved you means she would have never cared any family sentiments or restrictions and would have married you. Some relation got expiry date just forget and concentrate towards career and you will get better girl.

It is not a platform to suggest such questions. Legally you do nothing. If you are a girl then you could have registered even a rape case against your boy friend. But in your case we could not help. You can win her heart by doing somersault. You can monthly pension/stipend with immediate effect in her name etc.

Sir please know what is love. You must know that there is no marriage between you. It appears that you have also no evidence to establish under the law that you lived together as husband and wife. No scope in the law for any redress, you have no case. Let wisdom prevail. Live and let live must be the order of life. If you are actually loves with her, you must always wish her good and her well being. Say to her that, "Nee Nadeva Hadiyalli Nage Huvu Badadirali". Have a blissful life.
