Hello , definitely due to filing of case which might be civil suit also for taking possession or claiming ownership right as well based on certain documents filed by person. If the summons is served means your brother is necessary party to litigation

It will not affect your ownership however if any case is filed making you as a party then you will have to contest the case. As a remedy you should first respond to any notice or summons received by you through your counsel detailing your side and calling upon it to withdraw it

Your ownership in a property cannot be affected. Merely by using the address of the property for running business, your brother will not get ownership rights in the property.

However, you must advise your brother to follow court process by adhering with the Court Summons.
