07-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My DV along with maintenance case is underway at lower court and her advocate suddenly proposed FOR RECONCILIATION. I told my advocate to ask though her counsel is it conditional or unconditional RECONCILIATION which my wife wants ? If condional I want her to clearly put on a bond paper of Rs 100 all her demands and sign. My advocate said it's foolish but my question is what's wrong asking ? Can I directly communicate with wife same thing? Will it be any harm? what's the best way to reach out as she might say next date that I didn't respond at all or didn't come forward

There nothing wrong in asking your wife about what she wants. You can also directly communicate with your wife or let your counsel do that for you. That will be the best way to sort out matrimonial things. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

in case you want to Reconcile with your wife no law lawyer can stop you from doing so but you cannot ask her to write something down and guarantee it on a piece of paper especially after putting a stamp on it the terms of free conciliation must be decided between the both the parties mutually and in case you want to settle the matter you can always approach your wife without hesitation and ask her if she is interesting in reconciling

Hi..!! You can surely have a word with your client. You meet her at a public place and talk to her. There will be no harm until u don't talk anything except the terms and conditions of the reconciliation. Just restrict yourself to that only and don't talk much because they have proposed the reconciliation so they should come forward with some demands. you just have to go and listen to it.
