My Boyfriend has Cheating on me n got engaged with another girl

Hii.. I was in a relationship for 4 yrs..he didn’t promise me that he will marry me..bt he said he will try his best.
We were in physical relation fr 3 years.
Now he stopped contacting me .blocked me frm everywhere. he got engaged yesterday .
So can I file a case against him .
