mother widow and daughter tortured by son and daughter in law

My mother is widow and have 2 children one me and her son who is my real brother for outer world but for me he is a bloody cheap who tortures me and my mother by vulgar language which U cant hear and i can't write..I will not hide anything..he and his wife is fully shameless who threatens me and my mother that both of us have to work like servants for her in the sense that we will have to accept her every bet or both will make a scene as both stand naked in front of us..and will do obscene things that by shame me and my mother would automatically leave house and i m unmarried and she threatens me that she can stand nude but will spoil my image of my character at any cost in society..and other important thing is my mother is penicillin sensitive and she threatens me that she will kill my mother..?

Mam The best thing in such a situation is that your mother can file a domestic violence case against her son and daughter in law. She can also disown her if the property belongs to her in her name and can chunk them out of home .

Hello You dnt worry.you have right to file complaint against him and his wife to police .your mother has right to get maintenance from him.if house is on the name of your mother then your mother can ask him to leave house

You must move an complaint to the nearest Executive Magistrate for the harassment caused by your brother and sister in law, against your mother and as concerning to you file complaint before Police. Proper action will be taken by the both authorities.

firslty, you need to file an FIR against your brother and his wife for causing mental and physical trauma and abusing you and your mother, threatening to kill your mother. also if the house in which you are residing is in your mother's name then your mother can ask your brother and his wife to vacate the house.
