Q: Funds embezzlement case in a grant taken.

Request application given to DM Bathinda to direct SSP to register FIR in funds embezzlement case. But ADC Bathinda is reluctant as the inspection report on which the grant was given, has signature of DC BTI and other concerned officials. Investigation of three years have proved funds embezzlement and the reports are with DC and SSP. If DM does not direct SSP , than what is the Legal remedy?

If the embezzlement has been proved in the inspection report than it is the duty of the DM to direct SSP to register FIR, but if they fail to do so the only legal recourse in the present case a Writ is to be filed before the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. The court will then direct the DM to perform his duty and direct SSP to file FIR. Q: What reservation policy after inter cast marriage

If a schedule cast girl marries a general cast boy. Will she get reservation category benefits after marriage ? And will their children get benefits of reserve category? Belongs to Hindu religion and not a matrimonial or property question.

Reservation is a right entitled by birth only. If a general category girl marries a boy belonging to a reserved category, she wont be entitled for reservation, but the children born shall be entitled for reservation.

Q: Husband denying that he married me and we have a child together

I got married to my husband in 2012 in gurudwara. I have registered certificate from gurudwara where the marriage took place. I do not have marriage pictures or video. There was no one from his side. My mother and only my few relatives were there. My husband stayed with me only for 9 months till I gave birth to my daughter. He left me and got a government job in a different city. I have a daughter who is 5 years old now. My husband denies that hes not married to me and he has no child with me. Hes not willing to accept me and his daughter. Im sikh and he is hindu.

Dear Ma'am,You should firstly file an FIR against your husband at the nearest police state for cruelty and desertion under section 498A of IPC and also under the Domestic Violence act for not allowing you to live in your matrimonial home and can claim maintainence from him. Also, you can file an application in the court of law for restitution of conjugal rights by which the court shall order the husband to live with you. Regarding proof of marriage the certificate of marriage by the Gurudwara, signed by both parties and witness present is proof enough that you are married.Paternity test of your daughter with your husband shall prove your marriage and he shall be liable to pay compensation and maintenance to you and your daughter.In law both Sikh and Hindu are governed by the Hindu Marriage Act.Hope this answers your query. Firt you need to download & Print the Application form available on the website of CBSE for changing of name on 10th marksheet. Along with the application you will be required to file some documents:1. The School Leaving Certificate of the previous school;2. Portion of the page of admission and withdrawal register of the school where the entry has been made in respect of the candidate.The Board may affect necessary corrections after verification of the Original records of the school and on payment of the prescribed fee. Applications regarding change in name/surname will be considered where such changes have been permitted by a Court of Law and notified in a Government Gazette. In the event of Court of Judicature allowing the change of name of a candidate, the same shall be carried out by the Board after obtaining relevant documents concerning change of name published in an official gazette

Q: What is the procedure of filing an FIR

GRp of ludhiana has not registered any fir of mobile being pick pocketed at ludhiana station. how i can take it furthur. Under whose juridriction GRP fall and where i can complain about non registering of fir by grp.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,You can also file a FIR online. Every state police department has its website on which you can register FIR online, you will be required to fill general information regarding your mobile and lost of number. The copy of the online filed FIR can be used for further use.
