You will have to send a legal notice to them calling up in them to return your borrowed money within a stipulates time period of 1 or 2 weeks failing which you may file cases against them. If they don't pay you even after notice then you may take legal recourse.

As they are your relatives I would suggest to first take mild step by again sending them a descriptive sms, watsapp, letter as well as an email stating 1) the amount you have provided them 2) how you have provided them (mode) 3) to whom 4) reason of providing 5) Time frame of getting it back 6) loss you have been suffering due to non payment 7) deductions you have been facing till now 8) total amount you have paid till date write in requesting tone and need of money and mention it that you have to send the message and letter with a heavy heart as you did not want to spoil the relations but you do not have any other option left but to send messages and letterto request your money back wait somedays for the reply and if no reply or a negative response then a recovery suit can be filed in court

Hello this is a case of cheating and criminal breach of trust, you can also file money recovery suit against them for non payment of money to you. This has to be taken forward by filing police complaint against them and FIR has to be registered
