Mentally Torture & Harassment by In-Laws

I am currently living in Delhi with my newly married Wife & my brother and Mom - Dad. I have married on 27th January 2019.My Wife parents living in Vadodara Gujrat. After the 10 Days of Marriage, my In-Laws stared to make pressure on me through for separation from my parent's. From the first day, they started to convince her to separate from the home. Every time they used a different kind of way to harass me & my family members (like abusing, scared us for filling falls cases in court) Recently my mother in laws visited at my place and created lots of nonsense with my father and mother. Anyhow, we explained to her to stop this and give us some time to separate from my family. My wife mothers every time actuate my wife to start fighting at my home with any issue and she also interfaces and starts shouting on us on call, abusing us and scared us for false cases for dowry and violence. Now they want to take her at home for some days. But I am in tension if they filled falls cases.

Query perused. There are landmark judgments wherein the court had held and granted divorce to the husband in case the wife compels a husband to be separated from old parents. Hello sir. At the outset it is difficult to properly advise you without knowing exactly what it is that you want out of the situation. Do you wish to continue with the marriage? In any case compelling you to separate from your parents amounts to cruelty and is a ground for divorce.

you should immediately make a written intimation of concern police officials about all incidents and if you have proof so kindly attach it with intimation you should intimate both the states police there is some other remedy but it will discuss after knowing your mindset so kindly meet personally and get solution if you want I assure you we will give you correct advice regards Adv.
