Mental Harassments and Using Abusive Language. Threat to do damage

HI, My name is Gagan and i am working with MNC.its been 12 years that i got married and since beginning I am staying as a native family along with wife and kid (11Years) My relation with my in laws are not good and they keep on interfering and harassing me. I am getting mentally tortured and harassed by my wife and in laws. My father in law and Brother in law threats me about life damage. I want a solution that they should not get involved in my house and stay away . I don't want them to visit my place. Also, my wife torture's me in the same manner if I deny for any thing related to their family . Please help!

If your father in law and brother in law are extending threats to you for life then you should immediately file a complaint in your local police station. Also harassment caused by your wife could be a ground for divorce however the better decision and discussion can take place after detailed consultation. Please feel free to contact Thanks

Siir, you can file a petition under cruelty in the court. you can also approach the nearest police by filing a FIR under section 498A and complaint under domestic violence act against your in-laws on groungs of mental harassment and threat to life.

You can file a written complaint against your wife and your in-laws in the nearest police station with regard to all the ill treatments which you have been facing till date. you can file for divorce against your life. but before that file a complaint at the nearest police station for safeguarding your life. once you file a complaint at the police station you ll get extra security. then you can divorce your life. for further questions you can contact me.
