Mental harassment by husband leading me to have suicidal thoughts.

I am married for past 8 yrs . My marriage has not been a happy and smooth one. My husband has been causing mental harassment which has led me into sever depression to the extend I am having suicidal thoughts. We have been in Malaysia for last 7 Yrs . Unable to tolerate the harassment and for fear of my life I decided to come back to my parents in india for counseling. My husband and his family continue to harass me which is again causing me to have suicidal thoughts . Does this form a case for abetment to suicide ? Can I take legal action against my husband ? Both my husband and myself belong to Christian faith.
if you want to continue your marriage then you can file a domestic violence complaint that your husband is giving continuous mental harassment but you said all the things are happening in Malaysia but when you are in India at the place where you are residing in India in that in that place you can approach the protection officer to given domestic violence complaint hot to live with him you can also proceed for divorce on judicial separation and you can also claim maintenance venue for the separated period if your husband is not maintaining you
