Mental and physical abuse by husband and in laws . Need help in custod

I was abused constantly through words by in laws and husbandnHe also physically abused by slapping hard in my ear while being preganant which caused a big tear in my eardrum which took about 1 and half months to cure nHe slapped me in the presence of my mother and father for no reason and the in laws was supporting and justifying to me and my parents that physical abuse was correct and we are not sorry for what they did to me .They lied to me from the beginning of the marriage confirmation part till now nTreating me like i have not given any money during marriage and talk abuse words to me , my father and mother.Husband and his whole family being abusive towards me both mentally and physicallynMother in law lifted my dress and saw my body which is inappropriate and said like they don't care if you have a baby in your womb .

if you want to continue the matrimonial life then you should take steps accordingly. or you want to protect your life then you should take legal action. for that you can go to the protection officer or magistrate court for domestic violence. you can also claim separate residence and maintenance. even you can file divorce also
