Married woment is not coming to stay with me

10-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi, I got married in May 2018, the lady was with us for 15 days and gone home and never returned. On the day we went to get her back we found that she tried committing suicide for silly reasons but the same was hidden for us. We were told she had diarrhoea and was hospitalized. When we went again their entire family came to fight on us stating we cheated about my job but we clearly stated that my job is of less salary. Recently we found a SIM card of her left at my place and she has only one number saved which is of her boy friend's and she is still talking to her. We got a call from her, we think she is playing a trick to elope with her boy friend. Their family members are ridiculously blamming us. Everything is happening from the guidance of her boy friend we have the SIM Card. can we file a case now and what can be issues we may have.

You have to get a legal notice issued for restitution of conjugal rights asking her to join you. This serves as evidence in future of her deserting you without any cause and the fact of her staying away from your house. her speaking to any person doesnt make any case unless something more is discovered. She may file a DVC, but your notice will be backbone to your case. Start process first, rather than she initiates any case.
