nhi agar aapki 2nd marriage hui h to pehle husband se khi gai baato ki koi relevancy court me nhi h na he unko aapke virudh use kiya ja sakta h aisa kanoon me provide h Or safe guard h ye section 122 evidence act me h communication during marriage is explain no person who is or has been married shall be compelled to disclose any communication made to him during marriage by any person to whom he is or has been married
