Problem related to marriage.
I m IT professional, and married since 3yr.
My husband continuously asking for money, car, etc. He want me to transfer my whole salary to his account.
Since marriage I am spending on all expenses related to me, household groceries except rent which he is paying.
He threatens me if I won't transfer money he will give me divorce.
Also he abuses my parents and youger sisters.
He stop communication for 1year coz of money matters.
I do not want divorce.
If he send me divorce notice how to handle this?
Dear Madam
Please understand that normally divorce may not be grated to husband's in most cases. You may file DV case and sit in his house and maintain control over the family with the power of law which is in your favor.

For time being file a complaint before the women police station inrespect of harrasment. Since due to lock down no court is open.
Therefore

marriage is not about money. In case if he pressures there are lots of laws... As the marriage is in the mornings of life in case if u do file a dowry prohibitory case ur husband will b in soup for demand of dowry..
moreover he cannot harass ur parents...law is very strict and I'm case if ur parents files a complaint that is also very serious in nature....
in case if he sends u a divorce notice in case if u r not Intrested in divorce then reply him through ur advocate stating that u r not Intrested in divorce.....
