Marital issues , divorce , property matters alumoni

I am seperated from my wife since 2018 ... have a daughter , is with her nnI am unemployed , no money not even 1/= ... father passed away ... staying with my mother .. surviving some how staying with parents home nnMy question is n1) can i suit a mutuel divorce file without any involvement of alumoni ,as i dont have any income , any moneynn2) May be soon i can inherit some properties from my father's Ownership property , as a son i am one of legal heirs of my fathers property... can my wife claim part from those inhertited properties from me nn3) I can earn from those properties giving it in rent ..... in any way is my wife can claim part from those properties ... or any amount earned by me given in rent , from those inherited properties

Dear client, mutual divorce can be filed with out any alimony if both the parties are agreed to do so. Also there are some other legal provisions which have to be determined before filling a suit for divorce. Inheritance point can discussed through phone. To get all the details feel free to contact us

you need to act reasonably but there is no escape there is every possible way that you will have pay and give property which will cost you a lifetime and there will be a huge hassle so it is better you alongwith your attorney get to talking with your wife otherwise you will be in deep trouble

if you both agree for mutual divorce then you both will agree together on a points before filing of the papers all points will be mentioned in it and so you have to show that e don't have any amount or property as per she cannot claim for it what is your jurisdiction...

if it's a mutual divorce then the terms of such divorce is solely dependent on both of you. hence the question of alimony is absolutely your mutual decision. but be very clear that if it's a contested divorce then simply pleading unemployment cannot absolve you of your maintenance liability. as your wife she would be a legal heirs of yours after your death. if you provide her with maintenance then during your life time that's the most she can demand and nothing else.
