Maintenance of children without divorce

Sir I am working and having 2 daughters .My husband is also govt employee and earning more than me . Since last 3 years we are living separately in same house. Now he is not ready to give a single penny for daughters also. He says you are working bear the expense of yourself and daughters or give me divorce . I don't want to divorce him .what should I do

dear client as per your query yes you along with your daughters can claim maintenance at any point of time from your husband as it's good you are not ready to go for divorce as it's the last remedy for further information please contact me for paid consultation with your relevant documents

you told that you are living secretly from your husband in the same house for three years and you have two daughter and your husband want to divorce you while you want to be together if you which she can consider her husband to maintain her daughters under section 125 crpc and without any sufficient ground your husband cannot divorce he has to probe the case against you
