Being a legally waded wife of your husband at least you should know the actual income of your husband. The account details of your husband. So that you can get the detailed full maintenance. .

You have to file cases under section 125 of Crpc and under section 12 of domestic violence act. If you are residing in a rented house you should present the rent agreement along with your petition. No matter if you don't have any income proof of your husband, the decision will be in your favour.

Dear Miss,
You are entitled to maintenance even if your husnand is working in private sector . Also, it is your right to obtain the salary certificate of your husband from his employer . If they refuse to give you the salary slip, you can raise this issue in the court and your husband will have to present an affifavit, disclosing his actual salary and you can claim maintenance accordingly . I hope the information is useful to you .

Just file an application under s.-125 of CrPC for maintenance. He will be summoned by the court and then the court may compel him to show his income. He is bound to provide you maintenance. Under s.-125(3) you can claim interim maintenance and then in the main case of s.-125 you will get the maintenance according to his income. So you should immediately approach the court if he is not giving you the maintenance. However, what is the cause of dispute between you, first you may try to solve it by talking within family.
