Q: Laptop seller not replacing faulty laptop
I purchase a laptop which is a metallic body after purchase it gives an electric shock. When i told them they tell that there is earthing issue with your power circuit. I told them earthing is our choice for safety in abnormal conditions but it is not compulsory but your laptop must work perfectly in normal conditions.
