Lone Adult Daughter Beating and Threatening Parents

I am well educated with Dual Post Graduate Degrees in Science and Business Administration. I have a lone daughter. Now she is an adult and passed her Graduation. We took utmost care of her right from her child hood and tried to fulfil all her aspirations. We never tried to impose our decision on her. For the last one year and more so during pandemic Covid-19, she has been active on social media platform and developed face-book friends. Though born in Uttar Pradesh, she developed intense hatred of her native place due to reasons not known to us. She has the passion to go to Mumbai for job. When we mildly say that avoid the Face-Book Friends and take your matured decision about anything then her personality transforms and she often even beats us, rebuke us and try to defame us by shouting. Further when we try to stop her, she threatens that she will call the police and entangle us in false case, as she is female and take the advantage. We do not want such case to be repeated.What to do?
