Legal separation from family on being pressurised.

I am a 21 year old Hindu girl. My family is getting me married against my will. I want to move out of my home and live my life on my terms. I want to be an independent woman.I am financially independent. I would want to know if there is any legal way that I can get separated from them and they can’t file any missing or kidnapping complaints against me or my known ones.

okaybi understand your qurey so if you want legal saparation it is possible in court if you want I will do it and you have to give the correct reason to court why you have to take judicial saparation and you will get separation order from court thank you for asking questions

Dear Madam, Since you are more than 21 years you can get issue a legal notice to your parents saying that you are intending to lead separate and independent life. Further, you may intimate to the Police that you voluntarily left the house and no any complaint should be accepted if file your parents etc.
