Hi There,
Of course, legal remedies are available to help you guys in getting marry.
You told about your age but not about the Boy's age and also the religion.
If all above conditions are satisfied then you can perform the marriage as per your rituals and then get it registered in the court and once you are legally married then no one can threaten/harm you including your own parents.

In this regard i will advise you to get marry and lodge a complaint in the Police Station that your in laws has been threatening continuously and ask for police protection for yourself and your husband. If after this, your in laws again starts threatening you of harsh consequences then again seek a Police protection, thereafter if the Police authorities then also fails to provide you protection then approach High Court under Writ Jurisdiction to seek such protection thereby making party to police authorities and your in laws whosoever is creating ruckus in your life
You don't have options except to proceed according to law and engage some advocate. If you are Hindu then go to any Arya Samajh Mandir and request to them to conduct your marriage according to Hindu marriage ceremony and obtain a certificate and thereafter go to register of marriage office for duly registration.
