Legal protection from spouse apart from divorce..................

My wife is very sensitive and she expects I have to say yes to everything she says. She portray me as a bad person when my opinion on something is against hers or her wish... Recently we had a big fight between families because she exaggerated one small misunderstanding happened between us. And her parents literally told they are scared to send her to live with me and she is with them for few weeks. Her behaviour makes me feel very unsecured in the relationship.. Even I start to think if she will frame me into something. Since I want to continue in the relationship considering kids future.. Is there any other legal protection available apart from divorce.. Something like some agreement on terms of living together and Can I ask her legally to agree that I am not harmful to live with to continue in relationship ?

Dear Sir, Your thought is correct. For this purpose you have sent a legal notice to your wife requesting her to return back to your house. You may enter into a Memorandum of Understanding and put your correspondending conditions and accordingly you may continue your married life smoothfully.
