Legal procedures to leave home

13-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
I'm a 22 year old female who's the youngest child in my family. I want to move out of my home and what are the legal procedures I need to take for it? Since I'm due to graduate, which makes me financially dependent on my father. Can I be able to move out and my father is obliged to provide financial support to me till I'm independent?

It's true that your father is obligated to meet your reasonable financial requirements. But you may have to rethink about your decision to move out of your home considering fact that your well-being and safety are paramount. Nobody is independent in this world, for everyone is dependent on someone or something in one way or the other. I hope that you can understand.

you can go out of your phone because you are major after 18 years so now your position is the financial obligation until you became married your father is liable to provide maintenance to use so in the family court you can ask for maintenance from your father and regarding a legal leaving you can file a case against your father not to disturb the Peaceful living of your life

You are well within your rights to exit your residence and take care of yourself. Pawar to see maintenance from your parents there should be some form of denial that should’ve taken place at an earlier instance. Then, you are eligible to seek Maintainence from your father.
