legal options for a domestic violence and death threats

good morning mr. lawyer, pardon me for taking your time,sir recently something violent happened in my house,sir my father is college working staff in department of science, my fathers brother also lives with us ,he is unemployed and an criminal,he beats people on road doesnot support his family ,infact my father gives them money to survive ,recently my fathers brother came into our house and argued for money,my mother denied and told why will i give you my money then ,he shouted and about to hit my mother,i intervened and he slapped me and punched me in my face,then he left home and is now residing with some friends we wanted a separation and tried to divide the land and other things which belonged to my grandfather,but he (my fathers brother) denied beat my father in public and harassed him.. now he is saying on the streets that he will kill us all which is nonesense as both us know.i wanted to have my legal options now sir
