Legal notice served by my wife after 10 yrs.of marriage

I got married in 2009,have a son aged 9 yrs.my wife left my home on feb 2017 with all the money jewellery she got from my parents and her parental side at the time of marriage.after living almost 2 yrs.with her parents she served a notice that i m having extramarital affairs,verbally abused her and should return the car we got at the time of marriage by her parents.she left the car at my place when she moved. I hv been tried a lot that she came back for the sake of my son.but she is again and again alleged me for having an extramarital affair.which is totally wrong.what should i do with ihis notice.

Hello sir. Your wife has to prove any illicity relationship between you and a third party. Making of false allegatioms of extra marital affairs amounts to cruelty as per Indian law. Kindly reach out to me in case you wish to discuss this matter further.
