Do file Restitution of Conjungial Rights Proceedings before the Family court and get order from the court if she do not come to the court (get exparte order is she do not come to the court)

In this way you can get you wife back.

If she does this nakhra once again then with the help of elders file mutual consent divorce petition in the family court and become separate. You may consult us for legal services.

You cant force anyone to live with you but still you can file a petition under sec 9 of hindu marriage act before the family court having jurisdiction for the restitution of conjugal rights. And if court decide the case in your favour and still she will not join the matrimonial home you can initiate the divorce proceedings against her on this ground only.
