Legal Heir Certificate, Succession Matter

Hi, My mother passed away in 2014. I am the sole heir. I applied for a legal heir certificate from the local tehsil & they issued a negative report that they could not verify the information (because they were not bribed by me). My inheritance case has been pending since 2018 in NOIDA court and there are no other heirs. The ads were sent out in court asking for any objections and obviously none were recd. Mother had made an unregistered will. Please advise

Ok, in such a case, you should wait I think you initiated for Legal Heir Certificate or Probate on the basis of Will so you should have patience till the disposal of your on going case for more clarification you may take a consultation

you need to file an petition before Hon'ble High Court seeking direction to decide the case expeditiously in accordance with law withing reasonable time period as prescribed by the Hon'ble Court. after that your case will be decided as soon as possible.
