20-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
I have been married for 17 months and mostly I have stayed with my parents since my in laws were absolutely harassing me everyday and that was affecting my health. Since a couple of months my husband also started doing the same. And I am staying separate him without divorce. What are the consequences i can face if I apply for divorce after months or if I don’t apply.
