any person male 21, female 18 yrs deemed to be major, cannot be unlawfully or in any manner be kept in captive without any lawful authority. A person fundamental right is said to be infringed by such acts and it is the state, i.e. the police can book case against such captivators. So your advised to relieve the issue amicably .

If the situation is grave you can approach the police narrating the facts they can mediate with her parents make her free. If you are making wrong facts then you ready for worst situation. Even she mention that there is no such force my parents.

Hi,
If the girl who is major then she will be at her own will and no one else can force her in anyways. You can file a case before high court but the girl has to say that she has been forced by her family without her wish.

Well they cant do it that way The girl is 25 yrs so may be out of love an affection she doesn’t want to go against them and not initiating anything from her end. Send a notice theough and advocate or through elders hope it will work if tou have some proofs or evidence it will be more easy to release her out and marry her without any barriers.
