Since you are 19 years old and if u could take care of yourself or can manage to earn a living then you can file for maintainence in the court and lodge an FIR against your family for torturing youOr you can approach any Ngo dealing with this matter

Q: Can I filed a case in consumer court if it is pending in another court

Hi, Can I file a case in consumer court if another case is pending in Lok Adalat for last 2 years without any progress? Thanks

There is a certain limitation of 2 years for filing a consumer case. And the case needs to be strong to sustain in consumer court because it is already pending before the lok adalat which could be an issue before consumer court

Q: How to make son and daughter in law to vacate the house

My husband died on 16/09/16. I have three daughters(two unmarried and one married) and two sons. My younger son also died on 21/11/2017. After the marriage of my elder son within a period of 1.5 years he and his wife showed a very bad conduct and went to his in-laws. It incurred a huge loss in our family business. He has returned after a period of 10 years after my husband's death and forcibly took our entire business. Now he does not give me any money and also takes the rents of the properties that are in my name. He and his wife torture us a lot and always monitor our activities. I want both of them to vacate my house that is in my husband's name. So kindly advice me with steps and procedure that I should acquire so that they can leave my house and have no legal rights in the future also.

As per supreme court decision now a son can not claim his share in the property in his fathers property. For proper execution you need to execute a registered will and has to declare your son no share out of the property. And no relation with him. For complete query kindly contact as and when needed

i have 2 daughters. my husband and myself are both doctors. i had an abusive marriage , i have been so depressed that never thought of gathering any proofs against my inlaws and husband. on the contrary my husband has been creating a case of cruelty against me. now i am at my parents house. they have sent a legal notice to come back in 3days and put several allegations of me as I have been a bad daughter in law and wife. People around have told me that this makes my case weak and I wont be even getting any maintenance for my children as I am working, if they seek a divorce. Kindly advice the options with me

By this query i can make out this is a matrimonial dispute. In this situation now u have to think what do you want out of your marriage. If you want to seek divorce then apply in family court. Your in laws and husband are accusing you for cruelty because they might be making a ground for divorce because in indian laws the cruelty is the offense against women done by their in laws. I and my last Client started a Business by creating an IT Firm. The company was formed in March 2018 on a assurance that my partner would meet all expenses along with a monthly compensation to me of Rs 60k. Later on i came to learn that , My Number of Shares in Company and certain personal information ( email id & phone No ) in my DSc was of someone else . When asked , they denied responding and blamed me for non performance of company . They made me wait till 11 pm in night and took a forced undertaking and making me liable for certain amount of Rs. I did not gave the cheque against it. Now they are threating me for legal actions . What should i do ?
