Legal action against careless brother who owns property

My brother is not talking care of my mother who is seriously ill, widow and old. Moreover he owns 100% property of my father. Can we take legal action against him for non care of her mother. By cast we r Hindu
Your mother can file a maintenance case against your brother according to Cr.P.C. before the proper court of law(judicial Magistrate). The Ld. court shall pass an order of maintenance mentioning a sum of amount , which is comply by depositing maintainance amount towards your mother.
