You can file claim against motor cycle owner provided if both vehicles or motor cycle is responsible for accident. You can also file claim against motor cycle for its involvment in accident u/s163A of M.V. ACT.

Q: Valid of marriage in a Stamp paper
My age is 25 and my girl's friend age is 20.our religion is Hindu. we both are from rural area in west bengal.i hasn't settled yet that's why i can't marry her.sometimes in our area parents don't ask their daughter for marry just find a man by their own choice and by force(i.e taken away mobile phone, close day by day in a room ) give the marry with him. Marriage agreement is not valid.It can not be enforceable as per law.It would be better for you to marry her under provision of special marriage Act.In India every body is free to marry as per his own choice. No one can force her to marry a particular person against her choice.

If you are deserted by your wife for more than two years continuously before filing divorce suit then you can get divorce on that ground but you have to prove that you are not a consenting party for that and your wife has deserted you voluntarily.
Q: Brother being blamed for the death of another brother due to his debt
Party A has lended money to party B in 2012. Party A has filed case against B of check bounce which is pending in court. At present, party B is dead by heart attack or suicide and his brother is blaming party A for that. But party A did not torture party B. Is any action can be taken on party A by court or police?
