jabardasti koi husband divorce nahin le sakta h so aap iski chinta nahin karo. per aapko kuch defence k liye ready rahna hoga taki wo kamyab na ho paaye. jyada jaankari k liye aap mujhse baat kar sakti ho

you can send legal notice to your husband if you live separate from your husband then after expiration of notice period you can file petition for restitution of conjugal right under section 9 of Hindu marriage act. you can contact me for further advice and guidance through administrator of this website
