Is it possible to remarry with the same person

I got married to my boyfriend last year from aryasamaj mandir. My family doesnot know about it. I married because i thought my family wont agree for that but now they are agreed but with a heavy heart. They want us to get married in court. But i dont want to reveal about my arya samaj mrriage infront of my family. Is it still possible to marry again in court and to show them this is our first marriage?
Marriage performed at or before court is much more authenticated , the subsequent marriage in court would be an affirmation to the old Arya Samaj Mariage, hence go ahead without any doubts get your marriage done before the D M Court and best of luck for your near future

If you have got it now, then when the court is married then do not highlight it. You should start preparing your marriage again in a new way.

No. You should not hide the fact of your marriage from court. Just get your marriage registered in the municipal office. By hiding the marriage you may subject yourself to criminal prosecution. Try to tell the truth to your father or mother.

If it is registered marriage, it is valid untill you get a proper divorce from a competent authority.

Ha, aap fir se court marriage kar sakte he arya samaj ki shadi bhi many he pr aap chahe to fir se court marriage kar sakte he or aap ko arya samaj ke document bhi dobar dikhane ki jaruri nahi he. Aap court marriage ka Praman Patra ke adhar pr Nagar Palika Nigam marriage certificate bhi bnwa sakte he.
