Inlaws of my sis filing false against her and myhusband of dv against

My sisters husband left abroad after 2 days of marriage dated 19th April 2017 and during his absence she was tortured by her inlaws and they send her back on 15th Dec 2017 saying first Christmas. But her husband came back to india in Nov 2017 and they told my sis her husband is still abroad . After she came back she came to know he was in india in 2018 Feb my mom ,sis went to sort this out going to police
In front of police he said ok to stay seperate but within 15 days he left in mid April 2018 abroad . False case he registered of restitution of conjugal rights against my sis and then withdrew and now his mother has filed dv case against my husband and sis in 2019 that they thrashed my sis mother in-law. My sis is in pune since 2017 Dec 15th . We never saw her inlaws from her dated of marriage me and my husband , but just to implicate my sis in a illegal relationship with my husband to prepare case for divorce from my sis her mom in law filed dv case. I need solution on this
Sorry to know about your situation. You too need to initiate legal proceedings against him and his family. Your sister can also file cases against them under appropriate provisions. As you mention it is a clear case of domestic violence. You should engage an advocate of your choice.

All this facts shows that they had made all this after thought and with proper legal assistance. If someone files restitution petition how he can apply for D.V. Your sister should move with Domestic violence case and file maintenance application also Domestic violence case which they had filed has no merit if they show relationship of your sister with your husband he can file defamation suit.
