Inlaws abusing me can I get custody of my daughter after divoce

My father in law speaks with me rudely . He calls me prostitute and talks all these kind of words happened three times that too in front of husband.husband didn't support me.husband simply sees and be quiet.they mentally harnesses me.i work as a teacher in my daughter school.I wake up morning..get fresh up and make my child ready and make break fast and reach school at 9:00 am morning...my father in law scolds me it becomes cold.I am employee what to do.i have small child also...they have one more daughter in law in same house.she wakes up late and occupies bathroom...I am employee I have to work fast and go on time...what to do. I didn't record any thing in mobile..what to do..my husband always supports his parents and want me to bend always in front of his parents.we have only one daughter 6 years.can I get daughter after divorce.I step out house from Bangalore and residing in andhra.if suppose anyone/he comes to andhra and forcibly take my daughter what shall I do.I am worried help
Just take your child to your place and from there file a petition for maintenance in family court for yourself and your child, further as the custody remains with you he cannot by force take the child if he tries don't allow him and file a police complaint in which case they will direct him to approach the court, further the custody will not be given to him as you have been taking care and court grants custody only to person who can take better care and looking to the welfare of the child, further when maintenance is awarded he is sure to come for compromise in which case you can demand permanent alimony and maintenance for your child and agree for divorce. You can also file domestic violence case and claim maintenance and other reliefs.

Man should give respect to women and if not given he should be punished according to law. So file a complaint against all as your father in law has spoken bad about a woman who is a teacher so they should be punished. Further ur husband is not supporting you and u have left and gone back Andra so u can file complaint and further you have daughter and living with you and cannot be separated since Court ask child about to her where she reside and ur love will make her to stay with u so court gives decision in your favour before or after divorce madam.
