Information Related To Court Marriage Under Special Court Marriage

I and my girlfriend want to marry under special marriage act as she is hindu and i am muslim and neither of as want to change our religion. Please give as some information regarding this issue. Dear Client, The process includes issues of notice thereby inviting objection against the proposed marriage. After a month of filing the application the court marriage can be solemnized. In case you need further assistance in the matter do feel free to contact. Regards

yes you can move an application before Court to change a religion thereafter appear before register and make a promise to her and signature of both the guys is mandatory before register for more clarity ohmic and contact us

yes youbcan marry under the special marriage act. there are certain procedures that you have to follow and documents are required. the marriage is possible. under the special marriage act you can keep practicing your religion. regards
