If the behaviour of your in-laws is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file a petition under section 12 DV Act against the in-laws and if you want to live with your husband then you can go for filing of a petition under section 9 HMA. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You should immediately contact a lawyer and upon briefing seek a legal consultation. In case your in laws have mentally and physically abused you, I would advise you to file an intallah peshbandi application with police authorities and simultaneously file a complaint under domestic violence.

Definatley you must do so. First and foremost you also need money for yourself from your husband and then for the mistreatment. you have all the remedies available to you. also you have a right to matrimonial home and no one can kick you out of that house.

Hello, yes this can be a justified case against your in laws. however you need to come clean on all perspectives so that during the filing of the case there can not be any preliminary objection. Yes you can file for sec 9 first and later get DV act initiated. however it is prudent for you to decide upon why for all the queries.

in this case you don't need to file a section line you can go premediation litigation which is before the litigation and if the things is can be sorted out by the mutually between both the parties then you need not to go the court first of all go the premediation
