A friend of mine promised me he will get me a seat in IIT and took 10 lacs in 2019.Now in 2023 he is saying that he can’t give me a seat in IIT and also he will not return my money.sir please give me some advice.

Q: About child Custody and documentation

I recently filed for divorce and legal custody of child is with me ( i am mother of child) it is mentioned in divorce petition that custody will remain with me till future . So i have to take a seperate document of child Custody from court or the written petition will be enough to show that child Custody is with me???

Q: How to prove in court that she was lying on dowry, cheating?

Wife left 2yrs back from my house infront of family members. She filed sec9 put dowry harassment in document copy. Fact is we did not take dowry. I filed sec13 1 ia. In counselling I raised same thing she was lying and she was not interested on me and left me three times already for silly reasons. Counsellor validated by witness person provided infront of him and he said yes she only left him. Her father said that now you can take her back, but I refused, mediation failed. How to prove in court?
