What the law says...
- Prohibition of Child Marriage Act states that a girl in India can't marry before the age of 18, and a boy before 21.
If you are ready face the law you can marry. There are many such cases.

I believe many have already given you sound advice based on Indian Laws, mostly about the rights you both acquire on getting into the age of majority. therefore I will not go into the legal issues. I presume you and your parents are on your side and the girl`s parents are against you for a good reason that your girl is the only daughter of well off parents and if you succeed in marrying her you don`t need to continue your studies or do any work thereafter. Good luck, Law is also on your side.
